| Job Description | • Lead, organize, and coordinate a product planning team (3-5 people) on product development programs.
• Ensure the product's alignment to business objectives and drive business strategies.
• Drive the overall cross-functional team's efforts / deliverables in execution of all phases of development
• Represent the investment throughout the product's life cycle via formal, periodic Phase Reviews presentations
• Supervise the activities of the engineer(s) and/or analyst(s)
• Assist in conducting performance appraisals and pay reviews of reports.
• Team Lead also provides guidance to software engineers with regards to coding efforts
• Set up software configuration control and software development environments including program source control
Experience 7-9 Years

| Skill Required | • Strong C++ coding and debugging skills
• SQL programming experience
• Experience with Win32 API programming
• Ability to provide guidance to software engineers with regards to coding efforts
• Supervise the activities of the engineer(s) and/or analyst(s) and coordinate their activities with other Project Team members.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding stated deadlines and milestones.
• Need to have people management exposure.
• Ability to monitor & review the progress and submit status reports to managers on regular basis.
• Oracle 10g experience, Windows Driver Development and Experience with Windows Vista programming would be desired skills but not mandatory.
