| Job Description | With overall responsibility for day to day operations support in source code control and automation, the qualified candidate will effectively implement and successfully maintain a SCCM system. The daily tasks include taking care of end user issues, performance tuning, lifecycle designing, application upgrading and user training, etc.
This position requires a person with a strong background in the software development field with at least 5 years of experience. The qualified candidate must have solid understanding to software change and configuration management (SCCM) concept and have administrated a SCCM system or used some SCCM tool or tools for at least 2 years.
In addition to the technical ability to support source code control and build automation systems, the support engineer must exhibit a wide variety of professional characteristics such as customer support skills, problem solving, requirements gathering, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires the ability to communicate with development teams on corporate procedures and policies.

Experience with the following technologies:
• CA Harvest tool administration
• Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database
• Scripting language, such as Perl, Windows batch programming etc.
• Knowing some testing tools such as Test Director for Quality Center, WinRunner, Silk Performer etc is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft .Net or Eclipse IDE is a plus
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent
