HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
This role will support the human resource operations of the company’s research center in Bangalore, India. This will receive oversight and management from the Executive Director and will have a dotted line into the US Associate Director HR of Global Chemistry & Biology.

| Job Description | Responsibilities:
• Serve as a liaison between the Company’s headquarters and the research center and recruit, integrate and retain employees in support of the alliance partnership.
• Work closely with:
o US HR lead for all strategic and site operational issues,
o Regional HR lead to facilitate alignment between the site and the regional business,
o Local India HR team to drive and execute all performance management, compensation and G&A activities.
o Mumbai, India office to ensure parity and equity is being used across all business practices and to properly on-board new hires.
• The position will be expected to regularly assess the operations of the business and periodically recommend processes that will enhance the productivity
• In addition, this position will facilitate all performance management, compensation and talent management activities for the site.

| Skill Required | Requirements:
• At least 5 to 7 yrs of human resource experience working as a middle-manager with knowledge of Indian employment and compliance laws.
• Have the ability to interface with all levels of the organization successfully and have impact and influence with senior executives.
• Should be able to work in an initial ambiguous environment while identifying clear goals and objectives that need to be accomplished.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and strong influential leadership abilities.
