| Job Description | Responsibilities:
• Lead Process Chemistry group activities at the Research Center in Bangalore, India.
• Manage recruiting/training activities of talented staff with process/scale-up chemistry skill sets.
• Evaluating program scientific progress and taking appropriate actions to achieve success.

| Skill Required | Requirements:
• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with a M.S. or equivalent degree in Organic Chemistry.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Candidate should have demonstrated expertise in process development and scale-up
• Knowledge of overall drug development and its role in the pharmaceutical development.
• Verbal and written communication skills must be outstanding.
