| Job Description | • Collaborate with Technical Support Team for extending customer support.
• Understand Customer technical problems and resolve these amicably.
• To maintain day to day technical support activities in the Sales Force (CRM) application.
• Supervise RMA repair centre, maintain Reports and Returns of the same for timely submission.
• Actively involve in inventory management of demo stock.
• Present technology, technical training on the products to customers and partners.
• Communicate with customers and partners to resolve technical issues/problems.
• Conduct and participate in Product demonstrations in the field and Proof of Concept (POC) when required.

| Skill Required | • B.E./B.Tech. – Electronics/Telecommunications.
• Minimum 3 years Experience in Telecom industry/ISP operators.
• Having technical expertise in the areas of TDM, IP & MPLS networks, Wireless technologies and Broadband Wireless Networks.
• Analytical skills and decision making skills.
• Excellent communications/presentation skills with a can-do-will-do attitude.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
